Presenters will explore all facets of evidence based practice within the library and information profession, including case studies demonstrating the application of research to improve decision making or best practice.
Posters are to be presented on Tuesday 7th July 2015 at 3pm. EBLIP8 Organising Committee are excited to inform poster presenters that the e-poster session will be held at The Cube, one of the world’s largest digital interactive learning and display spaces, operating at the heart of QUT’s Science and Engineering Centre. This means very specific formatting requirements must be followed.
Your final PDF poster file should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by 19th June 2015.
File dimensions and formats
Your poster should be provide in a PDF file format and have the correct dimensions. You can create your poster in PowerPoint (provided you use the correct dimensions and saved the file correctly) or in an image editing program such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel.

Papers should describe and discuss work the presenter is doing or has done in relation to the conference theme. Accepted papers should be approximately 5000 words in length and may be considered for publication in the Evidence Based Library and Information Practice Journal; an open access, peer reviewed publication. Authors are advised to use the author guidelines of the Evidence Based Library and Information Practice Journal in preparing their paper. The peer review process will take place after the EBLIP8 conference to allow authors to incorporate feedback and comments obtained during their presentation into their final paper.
